The study was conducted in District Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan for a period of 3 months from Sept- 09 –Nov- 09.
    - Assessment of Biomedical Waste Management in various health facilities of District Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan which included an observational study conducted to assess the method of handling, treatment and disposal methods of biomedical waste in different health-care settings in district Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan for a period of 3 months from September 09 to November 09. A self designed questionnaire was used for the assessment of waste management and informal discussions with various hospital functionaries were carried out for the same.
    - A study on knowledge, attitude and practices regarding family planning methods among the married women in rural and urban areas of Rajasthan- Objective of the study was to assess and compare the knowledge, attitude and practices regarding the family planning methods among the married women in the reproductive age group in urban and rural population
    - A study on general health awareness and immunization status of first year students in a premier all India institute-Objective of the study was to assess the level of general health awareness, dietary habits and involvement in physical activity, immunization status among students of a premier all India institute, to assess differences in their perceived and actual BMI, to determine the compliance of the students to any initiative regarding health based on Roger’s theory of Diffusion of Innovation
    - Project on ‘Evaluation of Efficacy of Homoeopathic Drugs in Psoriasis’ during BHMS - The main objective of the project was to study the effectiveness of Homoeopathic medicines in the treatment of Psoriasis. The project involved taking case history of various patients suffering from Psoriasis and prescribing them Homoeopathic drugs on Constitutional basis. The analysis covered different factors, demographic pattern likely to precipitate the disease, and drugs being most effective in the treatment of Psoriasis.
