(1) I have continued my work (18.04.2009 onwards) as Store Officer at M/s Brahmani River Pellets Ltd. Barbil (Orissa), under M/S STEMCOR GROUP.

JOB RESPONSIBLE :
- The preparation and valuation of progress and final payments in connection with any contract or sub-contract, checking and processing of the bills in case of materials received with necessary supporting like chalans, GRN etc.
- Planning physical layout of warehouse/stores for storage of materials, Spare parts & consumables and ensuring smooth accounting and issue of material to production & project sites.
- Proper Identification and location of Materials.
- Properly Physical Inspection of materials as per PO and Challan/Invoice.
- Preparation of material receiving reports. Over, short and damage reports Conduct cycle counts and year end physical inventory counts, identification of variances, analysis and resolution and submittal to higher management.
- Checking out BOM.
- Co-ordination and implementation of material handling and material control procedures.
- Strict on the compliance of Material Issue Receipt and other necessary paper works before the hand over of items to the requisition party.
- Managing stores operations ensuring optimum inventory levels to achieve maximum cost savings without hampering the production process.
- Overseeing relocation of business premises / warehouses & analyzes expenses, trends, wastage factors for all divisions.
- Handling totally computerized warehouse with working knowledge in SAP/ERP MM Module system in large-scale Steel & Manufacturing industries.
- Expertise in developing & implementing various MIS reports & tools required for reviewing effective & seamless Stores operation & control.
- To ensure that the purchased material confirms to the quality parameters as per the bill of material.

- Use MRP system, SAP system and according to company and customer’s requirement, production ability, responsible for making and confirming the production plane of material (yearly, monthly and weekly).
- To prepare and verification of GRN for payment of delivered materials.
- Responsible for the supply chain effect, cost control, material accounting, audit, planning and scrap disposal.

(2) One year (20Jun-2008-To-18April-09) experience as Sd. In-charge (Raw Material) with store and logistics activities at M/S RUNGTA MINES LTD at Koida mining division, Barbil(Orissa).

(3) Three years (2005 to 2008) experience as a Raw Material Inspector (Exe.) with store/purchase activities at Inspectorate Griffith India (P) Ltd. under BALCO in Chhattishgarh region.
(4) Four years experience (2000 to 2005) as a store executive at STCLI LTD in chhattishgarh, Korba.
(5) SAP- ERP Exposure on MM-Module in M/s FUTURESOFT MANAGEMENT at Rourkela, Orissa.
