Over 19 years of experience in handling the following job responsibilities :-
Experience in Design Office
- Development and Drawing of Equipment Layout of Process Plant, Utility Plant based on equipment list provided.
- Development of Piping Layout for Process as well as Utility piping.
- Development and Drawings for CCOE approval.
- Drawings for Factory Inspector.
- Developing Piping & instrumentation drawings based on Process Flow Diagrams and/or Equipment List.
- Preparing BOQ of Piping, Valves and Fittings from P & ID and Layout.
- Developing and Drawing of structural for plant such as structural supports, pipe racks, structural columns etc.
- Preparing BOQ of Structural.
- Equipment Drawings for Specification Sheet of the same such as
- Reactors, Storage Tanks, Heat Exchangers, Distillation Columns, etc
- Fabrication drawings of vessel and agitators (if required) for above mentioned equipments.
- Checking fabrication drawing and commenting on the same.
- All Drawings & drafting on AutoCAD 2006
Experience on Site
- Carrying out inspection at fabricators’ workshop which includes checking dimensions of the equipment, ovality, agitator trials, nozzle orientation, welding inspection, hydro tests, pneumatic tests etc.
- Fabrication of piping at site as per the layout and P & I D.
- Equipment Erection as per layout.
- Making as-built layouts, P & I D of existing plant.
Also I have wide experience in equipment fabrication of Reactors, Jackets and Limpets for Vessels, Cylindrical Storage Tanks, Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Agitators, Distillation Column Shell, Rectangular Tanks, and Structure for Plant, Pipe Rack, and Piping etc.
I have good man-power handling skills on site & Office.
