- In House involved in Production and Finishing Department. Responsibilities include handling of styles properly 100% Checking, Measurement, Washing, Dry cleaning, Dummy cutting and checking.
- In house and buying house In-line to Final Inspection.
- Attending daily production meeting discussing day’s action plan.

- Responsible for the quality of the merchandise produced and the conformance to the buyer’s standard
- Reducing worker turnover rate by motivating them through various incentive schemes and other motivation techniques.
