    Job Description:
    - Responsible for the batch house, furnance and the glass lab
    - Deal with the vendors directly – get the raw materials samples. Analyze it and make sampling plan
    - Close monitoring of the raw material receipts with respect to chemical characteristics.
    - Collect data about the changes, correlate and study probable causes to find root cause and control plan
    preparation
    - Give technical training to B & F engineers and necessary inputs for team based activity
    - Conducts audits on the furnace temperature profiles highlights changes if any
    - Represent team in quality system organization – towards implementation of ISO
    - To engage in preparation of complete work procedure, Trouble- shooting , Standard quality procedures, Raw
    materials purchase Acceptance Acceptance specifications sheets.

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    Three to 8 Years experience in a continuous process manufacturing
    environment including of at least 3-4 of
    managerial experience in glass and
    melting operation.
