    Project Detail : The machine “PNEUMATIC BOTTLE SEALING CUM GOLD EMBOSSING MACHINE” is easy to manufacture having less parts. The parts can be easily made in any workshop. It’s price is also less. This project gives us knowledge, experience skill and new ideas of manufacturing. It is a working project and having guarantee of success.
    Application : Heat sealing is the process in which the container or the soft material bottle is made seal tight from the atmospheric conditions like moisture, bacterial attack or the circulation of the air by fusion process with the application of the heat. For this purpose the sealing material used is the thin aluminum foils or the thin copper foils.

    For Example : Now-a-days the drinking water or the dry food products which Are preferred by the travelers or the tourists are to be sealed intact.

    - Two Year Course of I.T.I in the field of Machinist from July 2006 to August 2008 passed with 72.57%.
