    - DISCUSSIONS, CHECKING / REVIEWING / UPDATING OF VARIOUS DOCUMENTS DURING DETAILED ENGINEERING.

    - PREPARATION OF PROCESS EQUIPMENT LIST, UTILITY EQUIPMENT LIST AND BILL OF MATERIALS FOR PIPING, INSTRUMENTATION & INSULATION REQUIRED WITH NECESSARY SPECIFICATIONS TO ENABLE MATERIAL PROCUREMENT.
    - IMPLEMENTATION OF GOOD INDUSTRIAL HOUSE KEEPING PRACTISE TO AVIOD LOSS OR DAMAGE OF EQUIPMENT & SPARES.
    - KEEPING AN UPDATE ON THE PROCESS OF SITE ACTIVITES BY MONITORING WEEKLY / MONTHLY PROGRESS REPORTS AND MAKING NECESSARY SITE VISITS.
    - MAINTAINING STORES & ARRANGING THE MATERIALS VIZ. PIPES, PIPE-FITTINGS, VALVES, NUTS & BOLTS, FLANGES, STRUCTURAL AND DELIVERING IT TO THE PROPER LOCATION AS PER DAILY WORK SCHEDULE.
    - TO MAINTAIN ALL THE UTILITY EQUIPMENT IN GOOD WORKING CONDITIONS.
    - CHECK THE MAINTENANCE OF UTILITY EQUIPMENT, PIPING INSULLATION, VESSEL INSULATION, CALIBRATION OF INSTRUMENTATION, TANKS & MAINTAINING GOOD WORKSHOP AREA WITH REQUIRED TOOLS, SAFETY EQUIPMENTS, ETC.
    - MATERIAL PLANNING AND PROGRAMMING, PURCHASING, INVENTORY CONTROL, RECEIVING, STORE KEEPING, ETC.
    - TO COMPLY ALL THE STATUATORY REQUIREMENTS AS PER FACTORY INSPECTORS REQUIREMENTS, ETC.
    - TO IMPLEMENT THE ENERGY CONSERVATION TECHNIQUES AND ENSURE THE ENERGY IS CONSERVED.

    - TO MAINTAIN ALL THE EQUIPMENT WITH MINIMUM BREAKDOWN / ZERO BREAKDOWN.
    - TO REDUCE THE WASTAGES IN ENGINNERING SPARES – NUT, BOLTS, FLANGES, REDUCERS, CLAMPS, GASKETS, ETC.
    - TO CHECK / MAINTAIN ALL THE REGISTERS AND LOG BOOKS AS PER EXCISE.
    - TO PLAN THE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULES AND IMPLEMENT AS PER PLANNED WITH MINIMUM MANPOWER.
    - TO PREPARE THE CHECK LISTS FOR THE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE WORKS AND ENSURE THAT THE CORRECTIVE WORKS ARE CARRIED OUT
    - TO MAINTAIN HIGH STANDARD OF HOUSE KEEPING AND TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE TO MAINTAIN GOOD HOUSE KEEPING.
    - TO MEET ALL PEOPLE IN THE ORGANISATION ONCE IN A DAY, DISCUSS THE MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS AND SOLVE THEM IMMEDIATELY.
    - TROUBLE SHHOTING AND DE BOTTLE NECKING OF PLANT PROCESS PROBLEM.
    - STORES MANAGEMENT INVOLVES ACCOUNTING FOR ALL THE MATERIAL REACHING THE SITE ON THE DAY TO DAY BASIS AND ALSO ACCOUNTING FOR THE MATERIAL TAKEN FROM STORES FOR THE ERECTION PURPOSE. MANPOWER REQUIREMENT IS CONSTANTLY ASSESSED AT SITE DURING THE ERECTION AND COMMISIONING STAGE. TRANSPORTATION ARRANGEMENT AT SITE FOR ANY MATERIAL REQUIRED, WHICH MIGHT HAVE BEEN SHORT SUPPLIED OR MAY BE A REPLACEMENT.
    - INVENTORY FORECASTING AND MONITORING REPLACEMENT IN PUMPS, GEAR BOXES & CENTRIFUGES.
    - PLANNING ACTIVITIES WERE MONITORED THROUGH BAR CHERTS, PERT CHARTSCPMCHARTS.
    - IMPLEMENT STAGE-WISE AND FINAL INSPECTION & PREPARE REPORT OF EQUIPMENT.
