Will share the responsibility for:

-Planning of site job activities for erection, material, coordination & requirement, inspection, follow up, and manpower management. Ensure that appropriate corrective and preventive action is planned for effective closure maintenance
-The candidate should have worked in erection OR Operation/Maintenance of Hydro turbines.
-Day to day work planning , execution of work, store/ material status/ availability check, supervision of quantity & quality check.
-Experience in the hydropower industry is essential.
-Exposure to construction methodology, construction sequence & hydro turbine equipments knowledge
-Dedicated to work as per instructions.
-Good written and verbal communication skills to act as a team leader.

Desired Candidate Profile:
-Ensure trouble free operation of Hydro Power Generating Plants
-Knowledge of erection sequence, alignment of Hydro turbines
-Planning of day to day maintenance & annual maintenance
-Good command on Mechanical Drawings.
-Excellent working knowledge of Power pack or Hydraulic systems.
- Knowledge of safety norms related to equipment & man power.
-Knowledge of all testing & measuring instrument related to maintenance & operation of any industries.
-Knowledge of calibration of measuring & monitoring device.
-Excellent knowledge/procedure of maintaining store spares inventory & its documentation
-Working knowledge of Guide bearings, stuffing box cooling system, Pumps, Gear box etc
-Excellent knowledge of different Mechanical fabrication process & their testing/inspection procedure.
-Maintaining of Daily progress Report & all relevant documents.
-Knowledge of Quotation queries for new items.
-Good command on computer proficiency to prepare various management information reports, excel in documentation and submit the same.
-Basic Knowledge of electrical & civil engineering.

CANDIDATE SHOULD PREFERABLY HAVE MINIMUN 1.5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN HYDRO POWER INDUSTRY IN CASE OF GRADUATE ENGINEER & MINIMUM 4 YEARS IN HYDRO POWER FOR DIPLOMA ENGINEER IN OPERATION & MAINTENANCE.
