Accountabilities
Project Coordination : Handling the activities involving working out various requirements & monitoring overall project operations for ensuring timely completion. Executing cost saving techniques / measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in expenditures and work within the budget.
Material Management : Interfacing with cross functional departments for ascertaining procurement plans of raw materials. Budgeting and planning the funds for procurement and sourcing of materials ensuring optimum utilization of materials, maximum cost savings & meeting anticipatory orders. Developing and implementing key strategies for the purchase of materials from global sources; achieving cost reduction in procurement, packaging and shipping. Inventory Management / Warehousing : Tracking & maintaining inventory levels in the stores for all items required. Managing the inventory levels thereby ensuring optimum use of inventory. Preparing contract documents for various work items including contractual terms and conditions, technical specifications and commercial terms. Issuing the notice inviting tenders and monitoring the bid document preparation. Establishing the annual maintenance contract (A.M.C.) for all the required equipment and machinery.
Instrumentation : Selecting control schemes, identifying appropriate control system, handling enquiry specification preparation and selecting instruments based on type of application. Managing the process measurement, control instrumentation and services to monitor the operations. Carrying out the review & recommendation of modification of construction documents made by Field Engineering Group as per site requirement. Interfacing between TEC / IDRO / JGC / DIC, PPL (Client) & Sub-Contractor at IRAN job, Woodlands Instruments Pvt. Ltd. & EIL + Sub-contractor.
Team Management : Imparting /organizing training programs for achieving pre planned business targets.
