Job Description:
_ Rapidly and accurately deliver storyboard, comps, and high-fidelity prototypes of cutting-edge Systems Management UI projects
_ Routinely multi-task and participate in concept development, design, and detailed specification of visual designs for user interfaces
_ Maintain prototype server, which will provide a central location where all prototypes can be accessed
_ Maintain internal website to host artifacts, style guides, and showcases

Desired Candidate Profile:
Skills Required
3+ years experience in Graphic Design, Information Design, Digital Media Design or visual arts.
3+ years experience with cutting edge web-design tools and ability to maintain website

A portfolio must be submitted with your application.

_ Creative skills: looking for strong design skills including screen layouts, information design, and typography.
Must have understanding of user-centered design principles and an eye for detail. Able to develop new approaches to complex design problems and convey ideas into tangible form.

_ Communication skills: Candidates must able to collaborate effectively with others in a cross-functional team, and be able to rationalize and present their design ideas and decisions effectively. Must be able to prioritize and manage work to adhere to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment

_ Technical skills: Must be fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash. Must have solid grasp of graphic and web design principles and good understanding of current web technologies: (X)HTML, JavaScript and CSS. Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility issues.

_ Good listener, ability to listen keenly and adapt ideas, coming up with multiple concepts and clearly articulating the tradeoffs of each concept and getting buy-in from all stakeholders.

_ Must be able to take direction from experienced team members

_ Excellent delivery and execution skills, must deliver prototypes, final

_ Knowledge of Human Factors or related HCI disciplines
_ Experience with multi-site teams, including interfacing with offshore development
_ Experience with Agile development process a plus
_ Degree in Design and/or Computer Science, or equivalent demonstrable experience required.”
