Job Description:
1. Handling the project independently from start till completion.
2. Timely execution of building construction project.
3. Effective quality control in construction projects.

6. Knowledge of ISO documentation and safety practice.
7. Creation & verification of work completion certificate for billing.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate should be intelligent and dynamic having proven exposures to major fields of civil engineering activities, preferably of medium to large residential projects. He should have knowledge of contractor billing and basic statutory requirements.
The experience of the candidates should be 5+ years.
