Job Description:
For our growing project activities in the area of energy efficiency we are looking for green building professionals to be based at New Delhi.

The major areas of work and tasks for this position are as follows:
_ Work as a team member for execution teams on assigned green building design assistance/ commissioning projects
_ Develop project schedules and executes according to plan for assigned Projects
_ Attends job progress meetings as required
_ Prepares report as specified for project
_ Actively pursues additional work through change orders
_ Prepares/ Assists in the preparation of proposals and negotiates final settlement price and customer acceptance
_ Effectively communicates project progress, issues and financial status to management as required
_ Oversees project construction for compliance with specifications, local codes and installation techniques
_ Ensures subcontractors understand expectations of the project

Desired Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate shall be a graduate mechanical/ electrical engineer having 2+ years of professional experience in implementing consulting assignments in the domain of green building. The candidate has sound knowledge of use of instruments used in energy audits and is capable of carrying out data collection and measurements, conceptualizing and evaluating potential energy efficiency projects technically and commercially, application of performance measurement and verification protocols. Knowledge of energy design, simulation and analysis tools is a requirement.
The position further requires networking capabilities, high proficiency in English language, strong communication skills and the capability to work in teams and on own initiatives as required. Travel is expected. Salary commensurate with qualification and experience with attractive incentive scheme.
