1. To be the shift in - charge of open cast coal mine.
2. To assist the GM - Operations in meeting the set goal of productivity & safety.
2. Preparing a mining plan & to achieve targetted productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Mining Engineer from ISM Dhanbad/IIT Kharagpur/BHU/other reputed University with First Class Mines Manager Certificate by DGMS.
2. Minimum 4 years exp in open cast coal mine.
3. Knowledge on the functioning of Jetty & movement of coal thru barges.
