Job Description:
This managerial role based in India will see you recognised across countries as the in-region expert on Cochlear's implantable hearing solutions.

As our Head of Clinical, you will ensure new and existing hospitals and clinics in South Asia receive high-level clinical, audiological and surgical training, through managing a small team staff who provide training and support across three countries. Your expertise will be recognized through your hands-on involvement with providing training, support and advice directly to customers when this might be needed (eg difficult case resolution).

Your key responsibilities will be:
* To develop and implement clinical strategy to support best practice in the application of implantable hearing technology
* Work closely with distributors and managers to ensure alignment between clinical and business programmes
* Effectively leading the South Asia Clinical Specialist team (currently 4 staff), ensuring they are trained in all clinical and technical aspects and able to provide expert advice and support to customers
