Job Description:
1. Would be responsible for coordination of 2 to 3 projects at a time
2. Would be coordinating with Structural Consultants, out side Architects & Site In charge
3. Should have very good knowledge in high rise Residential and Commercial projects
4. Knowledge of interiors would be an added advantage
5. Candidate must have hands on knowledge of working drawings & detailing
6. Supervising the site work as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:
The incumbent would be responsible for designing and preparation of building plans & details for Residential, Commercial premises conceptualization of interior designing, checking drawings prepared by architects and structural consultants, coordination with site engineers etc.

Make plans, elevations for the projects
Prepare and modify plans
Coordinate with business development team
Coordinate and handle process of approval
Prepare working drawings and sales drawings during construction stage
Detail the project plan by estimating man hours required and number of people required, possible timelines etc
Act as a key mediator between the outsourced agency and team of design architects to seek updates, present drafts and incorporate feedback
