Skills specification:
1) Should have worked atleast 9yrs in Rubber Product Production industries
2) Require hands on experience with Mixing, Calendering and Extrusion
3) Require hands on experience with Treatment process like ETP, STP, etc
4) Require hands on experience with Boiler and other Energy conversion activities
5) Require hands on experience with Safety measures/Systems
6) Experience with hydraulic Machines/Systems, Electrical & Electronics systems would be nice to have
7) Require hands on experience to manage the production units/Teams
