Job Description:
Civil Design Engineer:
Responsible for all aspects of the design of the structural, civil and foundation works for major industrial projects. Responsibilities include capital cost estimates, man-hour estimates, budgets and schedules, design office management and quality control, multidiscipline design interface coordination, client, vendor and contractor liaison, and design
Planning and coordination with Project office for Detailed Engineering of the complete project
Implementation of project specific work procedures and instructions
Adherence to the discipline quality plan for the project.
Responsible for all Civil/Structural works and associated activities for detailed engineering.
Inter-disciplinary co-ordination and model reviews on the project
Structural analysis and design of various structures for Oil & Gas and petrochemical projects which includes Control Building, Compressor Shelter, Pipe racks, foundations, equipment platforms etc. Various national/international codes and standards have been referred for the design for the projects THPP, GDP and GC24

Process Design Engineer:
o Preparation / review of PFDs, UFDs, P&IDs
o Separator sizing
o Hydraulic calculations, Line sizing
o Safety valve sizing, Control valve sizing, Orifice sizing
o Checking of Tray performance using KG-Tower
o Review & assessment of Technical offers by vendors, Vendor documents
o Discussion with vendors regarding technical proposal, scope etc.
o Good experience of HAZOP, Model review
o Heat exchanger rating / design
o Basic knowledge of HYSIS, PRO II, Flare net

Basic & Detailed Engineering of Petrochemical, Refinery, Oil & Gas, Fine Chemicals Projects. Design and Development of drawings and documents, Review of drawings Specifications, Vendor drawing and Engineering documents to comply with Technical specification & Plant requirement.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Must be a hands on person who must bring expertise/technical skills in plant, process equipment and piping design in his individual capacity. Hazop coordination and experience in oil and gas prefer.

shall preferably have experience in software such as STAADPRO etc.

Valid Passport is must.
