PROJECT PROPILE
PROJECT : THREAD HOLE LEAK TESTING MACHINE
Customer : STANADYNE
Software : Catia V5 R17, Auto CAD
Durability : 3 Months.
DESCRIPTION :
It’s a aluminum casting body. After the casting they make holes with thread. Some holes while the time of thread making it will get cracks inside. But in this cracks are not visible so we want check that holes using air supply arrangements. Place the casting component onto fixture, supply the air through nozzle at 6bar pressure on the threaded hole. Using the PLC to maintain 20sec at same pressure. After testing PLC gives feedback that particular component Pass or Fail. Here for nozzle up and down movements and clamping purpose using pneumatic cylinders.
PROJECT : AUTOMATIC ASSEMBLE FOR AUTO COMPONENTS

DESCRIPTION :
Auto component assembly machine is a semi automatic machine. It has five different components we want to assemble all components with respective position. In these machine fixtures is placed in sliding arrangements using pick and placing mechanism. Here component picking and placing purpose using mechanical grippers and pneumatic cylinders, it has different station so using the rotary indexing table. The component storage using some dispenser unit for each station.
PROJECT : BACK LEAK TESTING MACHINE
Customer : Delphi TVS
Software : Catia V5 R16, Auto CAD
Durability : 3 Months
DESCRIPTION :
It’s a nozzle and pin arrangement. We want check the leak test for between nozzle and pin after assembly. Place the component onto fixture. It has top and bottom clamping arrangements with help of pneumatic cylinders. Apply the oil supply at suitable pressure and maintain 30sec at same pressure using PLC program. Then get the feedback through PLC particular component Pass or Fail. Declamp the cylinder to remove the component.
