1) “Development of Mg-Fe-Inter-metallic based Aluminium Alloy for piston”
In this project, an inter metallic compound in the Aluminium alloy is developed and used in automotive pistons which avoided or prolonged the failures caused in the piston which in turn increased the lifetime and performance of the piston.
2) “Innovation of Torque Converter in our Vehicle”
A three wheeled, two seated green vehicle which would cater to the day-to-day mobility needs of people is developed in this project. The vehicle is designed ergonomically and dynamically stable enough to cover large distances. It could be used for Custom applications in Educational Campuses, Manufacturing Facilities, Recreation, etc.
3) “Heat Transfer Analysis on Piston Interface to Improve the Engine Performance”
In this project the contribution of the radiation heat transfer in an IC engine is determined and its performance is increased by coating it with a special emissive material of high emissivity.
