Job Description:
• Responsible for product launches, product promotion market development within assigned period of time.
• Responsible for handling Channel Sales
• Responsible for channel profitability of the distributor and dealers
• Setting up and monitoring an efficient sales and distribution system
• Setting targets for team and reviewing/analyzing their performance on a weekly/ monthly basis

Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate must have the necessary exposure of FMCG/OTC line of sales & Marketing and should possess necessary skills and qualities of experienced marketing person. Candidates with 7-15 years of experience in handling channel sales, good communication skills and experience in managing a sales team, preferably around the age of 30 - 35 years and willing to take up the responsibility of product launch, Dealer, Dist development .
