    Job Description:
    Independently lead the development and enhancements relating to our game blended elearning products targeted at kids world wide in the age group of 8-12 years. You will have to work closely with designers and php programmers to design and develop game based question templates, interactive learning games, virtual world environments and many other exciting ideas prompted by kids. You will have to work independently from concept to completion

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    - 2-3 years of working with flash action scripting (AS 2.0/AS 3.0) preferably in a gaming/elearning environment.
    - Good knowledge of XML is necessary. If you have worked with PHP, MYSQL environments, that will be an advantage.
    - Must be strong in OOPS concepts and be able to write class files outside time line
    - Should be creative and have a flair for game development / elearning environments Prior exposure to MMOG platforms will be an added advantage.
    - Experience creating database driven sites, preferably using amfphp remoting to communicate between the database and flash
    - Must enjoy working in a small, creative environment.
    - Should love solving challenges, doing things out of the box and attempting innovative ideas.
    - Good english communication skills mandatory.
