Job Description:
We are currently seeking Web Site Developer cum Web Site Designer to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for the successful management of a variety of new and ongoing marketing initiatives. This position requires a strong grip on website development technologies along with creative skills to conceptualize and design web sites.

Responsibilities-

- Conceptualize, Develop, Design and Code database driven web sites and micro sites
- Create customized web site templates
- Upload sites to server and on-going site maintenance
- Create SWOT analysis of web sites (navigation, structure, coding etc)
- Create landing pages, banner ads, logos and brochures as per client requirements
- Create flash based client presentations

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors Degree
- 3+ years of web development & designing experience
- 2+ years of solid web development technologies such as PHP, SQL etc
- 2+ years of experience with technologies such as HTML, DHTML/CSS & Javascript
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, Illustrator
- SEO & Copy writing knowledge is a major plus
- Willing to work for a start-up
- Strong understanding of web usability and site design
- Result oriented individual who is a self starter, likes to face challenges & win!
- Highly efficient and creative
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to thrive in a fast paced work environment with minimal supervision
