    Job Description:
    1) Sales Representative – Trade Division
    2) Sales Representative – Higher Education

    The Trade rep’s responsibility will be to promote and sell our Jaico Publications to retailers and chain stores. Candidate would be responsible for the sales and collection of dues from customers assigned to him.

    The education rep will focus on promoting Jaico text books to colleges and institutes.


    However, traveling will be involved throughout Maharashtra and Goa.

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    Preferably Graduate. The candidate should be a graduate and have degree/certificate in Marketing from a well-known university.

    2 to 5 years of selling experience in Book Trade or FMCG
    Company would be a plus.

    I recently bought a Jaico book "Mein Kampf" by Adolf Hitler. I regret to have to tell you that the book is unreadable owing to many pages being printed over by other pages in the book.Also, the wording is all mixed up in its context. What a total mess of a book - I have never read such a badly presented book ever before. I will not be buying any more JAICO books !!
