- Received National Youth Award on 19th June 2009, given by National Youth Foundation, Uttar Pradesh for directing around 14 Children’s Films.
- Approved ‘A’ Grade Voice-Over artist (Hindi, English) by the Films Division, Government of India, New Delhi, senior grade approved drama voice in AIR and Doordarshan .
- Launched two Community Radio Stations- Gyan Vaani of IGNOU and CMS Community Radio. Produced programmes and did live anchoring for the same..
- Presently working as the Head of the Maharana Pratap Institute of Communication Studies, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow and teaching Radio Journalism, Anchoring and presentation and documentary film making.

Voice-Over for documentaries for Unicef, Greenpeace, Micro-finance Company, Films Division, Delhi, speaking for Radio Ads since more than 20 years, etc. in Hindi, English, Urdu, Awadhi.
Worked for about 9 years with City Montessori School, Lucknow from July, 1999 to June, 2008 as Multimedia Expert and Film Incharge – responsible for media planning, in house productions, event management, literary and cultural programmes, anchoring, dramatics etc.
Some of the major achievements have been :
- Drama Artist for AIR and Doordarshan and have been acting in Radio plays since thirty years in Hindi and Awadhi. I have also acted in plays on Doordarshan.
- Have lent my voice for many radio features and ads in Hindi and English.
- Made various Promos and can do the sound editing on Sound Forge, Cool Edit Pro and Adobe Audition.
- Started Yuv Vani (Youth Programme) on Radio in Lucknow in Hindi and English.
- Lent my voice in a thirteen episode Radio Feature in Urdu titled ‘Awadhi Qawwaliyan’ scripted by Mr. Yogesh Praveen. The programme was broadcast on AIR in April 2006.
- Anchored programme called ‘Gramya’ in Awadhi for Doordarshan, Lucknow.
- Anchored a programme on Health, ‘Tandaroosti Hazaar Nemat’, for Doordarshan, Lucknow.
- Voice Over for the weekly program of Doordarshan titled ‘Samayaki’.
- Have directed a docu-drama on the life of Mr. Jagdish Gandhi, the Founder-Manager of City Montessori School, Lucknow.
- Anchored programmes and did transmission duty for the Educational Radio Channel on FM ‘Gyan Vani’.

2. Video Documentation for CREATE, an NGO supported by Population Foundation of India, New Delhi. The shooting was done in four villages in the district of Mirzapur, U.P.
3. A documentary for State Bank of India, Lucknow, covering villages in Unnao.
4. Animation Film ‘Tillu’ on Environment nominated in the 5th CMS Vatavaran, environment and wildlife festival, New Delhi.
5. Presently working on contract for CREATE, an NGO where three documentary films are to be made in a year. The project is supported by U.P.Aids Control Society and Water Aid of India.
6. Made a documentary film for BIRD (Bankers Institute of Rural Development), Lucknow in August, 2010.
7. Completed a Documentary for Sitapur Shiksha Sansthan, Sitapur.
8. Completed second documentary film for State Bank of India, Lucknow in the Agriculture sector.
