Brief Overview of Project: The main study was divided into two phases
PHASE -1: First extarction and isolation of vasicine from adhatoda vasica then phytochemical screening of exract was completed using standard procedure. Then synthesis of triazoles and amidine based derivatives.
PHASE 2: Pharmacological screening of the drug for its normal Anti-microbial activity.

v Separation Techniques: Well versed with the extraction/isolation of bio-active constituents from plants, microbes (Bacterial culture, Fungus, Actinomycetes from terrestrial and marine sources) using techniques like HPTLC, HPLC, Column chromatography, Crystallization, etc.
