Job Description:
Manage Medical Billing team or operations. Interact with US Clients and Management. Distribute and handle the work. Flexibility in working night shifts. Improve the process by applying new methods and techniques. Travel to US if required.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- 3-8 years of end to end medical billing experience. Excellent communication and Team management skills are must. Friendly Nature and should share the knowledge. Medisoft experience is preferred. Night Shift is required. Should be self, fast learner and hard working person.
- We are looking for person who must be extremely detail oriented, organized, independent, able to multi-task, and a team player.
- Manage, co-ordinate and execute Medical billing related projects with a small team within agreed targets.
- Should be able and ready to work along with the team including charge entry, cash posting, denial analysis and QC of the team member’s work.
- Group Operational Planning and Management.
- Medical Billing Process Expertise and Process Improvement (Improve current levels at all functions).
- Team Management.
- Client Interface and Day to day problem Resolutions
- Medical billing Process Transitions and experience in setting up physicians practice from scratch
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Should have developed his/her team members to take up higher responsibilities
