Job Description:
The job involves calling prospective clients in USA, Europe and Other important global markets. Calling would be to develop business opportunites, for evaluating customer feedback, to generate new leads and for other pre-sales activities. Opportunity to work on various key global markets. Clients would include some of the biggest names in the field of Civil and Structural Engineering across the globe. Also the opportunity to undertake minor desk research.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Smart and educated candidate (male or female) required for ADAPT's international tele-sales positions at Kolkata, India. Candidates should have:
1) Excellent communication skills. Fluency of spoken English and strong reading and writing skills are essential.
2) Exposure to US and European markets is an added advantage.
3) at least 0-5 years of experience in tele-sale and tele-calling.
4) Familiarity with Internet and web surfing to undertake minor desk research projects.
5) Should be a graduate in any discipline.
6) Should be 24-34 years of age.
7) Should have the abilitiy to think on his/her feet and to handle difficult situations also.
