- Done Installation & Commissioning of AC Drive ATV31 (2.2kW, 5.5kW, 15kW, 22 kW) for their Chilling Tower Plant application.
- Done Installation & Commissioning of MD (Max. Demand) Controller of make Trinity (Goblin) for maintaining their MD by using MODBUS communication from which we can see the live Data on the Centralized Station i.e. Controlling Room. High and Low Alarm Relay is also programmed. Software used for this system is DATA LOGGER. Also can store the data in our PC for each Day, Week, or Month for our Report.
2) Tasty Bites Eatables Ltd., Yewat, Pune.
- In this, I had Installed and Commissioning the EMS make Trinity (Entity) i.e. Energy Monitoring System applicable for Energy Consumption of the whole Plant. Total seven numbers of meters has been installed on different location of the Plant and connect all the meters via MODBUS communication and Data can be collected from various places and can be store for each Day, Week, or Month for final Report. Software used for this system is SENTINEL.
- Secondly, I had also Installed and Commissioning for the AC Drive ATV31 (only unit) i.e. 2.2 kW for special purpose Packaging machine called LEPACK machine.
3) Suryanagar Canal Automation, Thane.
- Done Installation & Commissioning of DASTU device & level sensor (Siemens make - The Probe of 5 mt. & 8 mt. ranges, 2 wired - Loop powered) on 12 different site locations. Communication used in this system is GSM.
4) Khadakpurna Dam Automation, Buldhana.
- Done Installation & Commissioning of DASTU device for rain gauge (i.e. 10 nos of different site location) & river gauge (Endress+Haussur make – The Prosonics - 2 nos of 5 mt.range, 2 wired - Loop powered, one for Upstream and another for Downstream of river) & also for controlling the Dam level we had installed another level sensor (Endress+Haussur make – The Radar i.e. 30 mt ranges). Communication used in this system is VHF (Very High Frequency).

5) Tilarinagar Dam Automation, Sindudurg.
- Done Installation & Commissioning of DASTU device for rain gauge (i.e. 6 nos of site) & river gauge (2 nos of 5 mt.range, one for Upstream and another for Downstream of river) & also for controlling the Dam level we had installed another level sensor (Siemens make – Mini-ranger 100 of 15 mt ranges). Communication used in this system is VHF (Very High Frequency).
- Done automation for two more dams & also done installation & commissioning level sensor. (Siemens make – Multi-ranger 100 of 30 mt. ranges & Mini-ranger 100 of 15 mt.range).

6) LG Electronics India, Ranjangaon, Pune.
- Commissioning & Installed the TELECMACNICS makes ZELIO PLC with panel for air conditioning of CD ROM assembly line i.e. controlling all AC’s through PLC.
- Commissioning & Installed the TELECMACNICS makes TWIDO PLC with panel for controlling the room temperature for testing the refrigerators.
