Job Description:
Candidate should be conversant with API standards and practices, performing tear down and refurbishment of such pumps, including installation practices of SRP’s which will be an advantage.

Should be familiar with failure analysis, rod string calculations, pump selections, database management etc.

Hands on experience in running a pump shop, application support for running the pumps and knowledge of SAP system will be an advantage.

A good command over written and spoken English is a requisite for the position.

Job Compensation:
At job location company provides accommodation, food and suitable vehicle for transport. The salary is paid free of personal income tax and is fully repatriable.

Company will also provide economy return flight ticket for the hometown while joining, during job rotations and at the end of the contract.

In addition the above company provides compensation commensurate with the experience and qualification and good medical benefits.

All candidates will have to undergo a proper medical check as required by the laws of the country.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate engineer having a minimum of five years’ relevant experience, with three years of experience in similar position handling Tubing & Insert pumps / Sucker rods / Beam pumps. Additional experience with ESP’s and PCP’s will be of advantage and could lead to career progression faster. This position will be based in the interior location in a pump shop in the oilfields of Oman working on rotation basis with 2 months on and 1 month off. Candidate should be willing to work on extended period of time at site.
