Job Description:
Manage the proposal process from start to finish including writing and development of technical proposals.
Capable of evaluating customer ITT/ITB for complete fit with E&C's suite of product offerings for process control automation consisting of DCS, ESD, F&G, RTU and SCADA systems, flow metering systems, electrical power distribution, instrumentation, valves and related equipment.
Maintain active communications with key players in the proposal development process and supervise members of the proposal team and interact with engineering and project teams. In addition, ensure integrity of proposals and technical requirements.
Establish proposal directories and files, control access to proposal files, and maintain version controls.
Organize, populate, and maintain a proposal library of materials, templates and standards for use and re-use by proposal team members; and develop reporting systems to keep management and key players abreast of proposal status.

Desired Candidate Profile:
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, with significant (10-15 years) proposal management experience in a reputed organization. Experience in research organizations or consulting firms are highly desirable. Knowledge of process automation systems is a must.
Superior communication skills
Ability to create and perform technical and commercial presentations
The ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at once; superior organizational skills; attentive to details.
Familiarity or exposure to more than one company's proposal process desired.
Proactive, innovative and creative attitudes, particularly in quickly establishing a rapport with E&C's divisions, international offices and partners.
Knowledge of PCs and Microsoft Office products (MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including proofreading skills. Knowledge of French, Spanish, Portuguese is desirable but not a mandatory requirement.
