- Solid Object Oriented skills and familiarity with Design Patterns.
- Excellent Working knowledge on Eclipse 3.x, IBM Rational Tools 7.x.
- Good knowledge of Eclipse JFace, SWT, GEF/Draw2d.
- Good knowledge of writing high quality Eclipse plugins.
- Good Knowledge and understanding of UML.
