Job Description:
The Incumbent will be responsible for Forecasting over-all project cost, project cash flow cost overruns / under runs tracking & controlling and project cost reporting
The Incumbent will be required to Understand and communicate the project work scope
Candidates will be responsible for BOQ take-off with reference to client specification and standards,AFC submission and liaise with main contractor’s commercial personnel for AFC approval, Additional works / variation order works updation
Candidate will be Maintaining Field Instruction and Draft Field Instruction, Assessing, negotiating unit rates and maintaining Field Variation Order records, Evaluating progress measurements and submitting monthly progress claims / variation order claims and final account closing

Desired Candidate Profile:
The desired candidate should be B.E/B.Tech. , Diploma in Civil/Mechanical
Candidates should have experience in Thermal insulation,fireproofing ,refractories,sprayed concrete works.
Candidate Should have 3-7 yrs Experience with good communication skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
1) As a QA/QC
In CAPE EAST LTD WLL.
- Implement the QA/QC management system at site.
- Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub contractors and vendors coordinate all non destructive testing on site.
- Coordinate with the customers’ representative on all quality matters.
- Coordinate all receipt inspections.
- Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
- Participate in the site internal and external site audits.
- Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors.
- Ensure all quality control documentation is complied and competed for as-built hand over through the QC turnover engineer.
- Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action.
- Complete site quality control instructions and action remedial responses.
- Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC Plan.
- Complete and coordinate the approval of the sites QC technical submittals to the client.
- Coordinate with the site construction manager on all quality issues Coordinate and chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the projects QC personnel.
- Elaborating inspection and test programs.
- Ensure the safety is adhered to at site.
- Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status.
2) As a SUPERVISOR
In KAEFER SAUDI ARABIA.
- Supervise 45 production personnel, plan schedule work to and maintain
Maximum productivity levels.
- Effectively communicate with employees.
- Implement safety program.
- Continuously monitor safety processes and compliance.
- Maintain and enforce good housekeeping.
- Utilize key operating indicators for control of product cost,
Material usage, machine downtime, expenditure control and function.
- Provide key leadership for shift operation-take appropriate action
When required.
- Develop and maintain respectful workforce.
- Understand and administer labor agreement.
- Accident investigation for crew.
3) As a SUPERVISOR
