Job Description:
1. To execute / supervise / monitor civil construction of our Real Estate Projects viz. Row housing, Multi storied group housing and commercial complex, mini township projects etc.

2. Responsible for day to day progress of work at site activities including monitoring the site labour force and monitoring the work.

3. Responsible for measurement of item works and preparation of Bill of Quantities

4. Responsible for quality checks and construction strictly in compliance to the drawings and specifications.

5. Should be able to write detailed reports.

6. Should be fast paced, flexible and team player.

Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Should be Graduate / Diploma in Civil from a reputed institute.

2. Candidate should have 5 Years to 10 Years of experience in mixed use developments i.e. Residential / Villas / Commercial sites for handling projects worth over 50 Crores.

3. Should have strong ability to prioritize activities.

4. Should have an eye for quality and a "Go Getter" on targets.

5. Should have Good communication skills and knowledge of computer.

6. Should have high degree of personal integrity, self- motivated and ambitious.
