after court hours i am working as a part time legal advisor, for the last 2 yrs,in a company, Narsingh Ispat Ltd, (a mini blast furnace unit) registered office at 26, Ramlal Mukherjee Lane, Salkia, Howrah (w.b) a mini steel plant of capacity 3 X 350 DRI plant in first phase. The plant has been equipped with suitable Iron making, steel making and continuous casting facilities for production of billets. The plant has been set up in Jharkhand State at Khuti / Chowka, Chandil on about 25 acre of land and planning to acquire another 125 acres of land. M/s. NIL is also planning to set up a cast Iron in future as a down stream integration, now set up foundry.
M/s NIL was assigned MECON vide their work order dated, May 17, against vide offer No. 11.83.RS.7826, dated 11th May, 2005, for preparation of a project proposal for installation of a mini steel plant of 0.25 Mt/yr semi-finished product namely billets.
That the said company for obtaining coal mines prepared report from M/s Shreeram Gemicon Pvt. Ltd. geological and mining consultants of A-10, Songanga Colony, Seepat Road, Bilaspur, Chattisgarh and I was personally present to get and prepared the report from the said company and carrying various sorts of trouble shooting matter and brought success to the company, filed petition U/s 156(3)of cr.p.c for offence of cheating and fraud u/s 420, 409/34 of IPC for company apart these course following to my private practice along with other through correspondence handling matter of Mutation, housing society registration etc.

I was also appointed as an enquiry officer by Suguna Poltry firm Ltd. for conducting enquiry against delinquent employee.
