- Job Description :
1) Wiring and testing of all controllers as 1. Control cabinet, Nacelle Control Cabinet 2.Yaw inverter, 3.Rectifier unit, 4.Capacitor box, pitch motor controller, Relay logic controller, angel encoder, etc... Mounted on the machine and total wiring of WIND ENERGY CONVERTER.
2) Special function test of Rectifier control unit up to 700 volt DC. Supply.
3) Preparation of Bill of material before harnessing of the Controllers.
4) Preparation of harness and making harness as per instructions.
5) Assembly of the individual component as per work instructions.
6) Quality inspection of controller after finial assembly.
7) After wiring individual testing of the rotor Hub and Nacelle.
8) Fill up all Test parameter in Test protocol and submit the data in life time Record of WEC.
9) Give finial dispatch clearance after packing.
