Strong knowledge of the MCAD/FEA/PDM industry coupled with a BE in Mechanical & 10 to 12 yrs mechanical design experience. Must be an expert SolidWorks & COSMOSWorks. And must be able to differentiate the SolidWorks product from the competition.
