Must be flexible and perform all construction related activities.
Proven ability to work in all areas of the profession including interior designing from early stages of Schematic Planning programming and designing to Construction Documentation and Specifications.
Ability to convert a set of drawings and specifications into Bill of Quantities and bid documents desirable.
Must be able to do site supervision
Knowledge of 3-D graphics and presentation of software knowledge drawin.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Proficiency in Revit-AutoCAD-3D and MS Office.
Minimum 2 years experience respectively in Education / commercial architecture and Planning including experience in commercial interiors.
Ability to communicate - written and verbal in English a must.
