Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for quality inspection of inward raw material, in process inspection, final inspection, Supplier Audit, Supplier Development.
- Handling Quality Inspectors team.
- Taking decision considering end application
- Experience in dealing with customers complaints/ feedback
- Ensure checklists are in compliance with ISO audit scope and requirements. Coordination and follow-up for closure of Audit results.
- Responsible for Quality Assurance Plan, Preparing SOP for product. Responsible for Product Realization.
- To ensure safe working conditions and implement kaizens & pokayoke so as to improve the present.
- Provide regular training to workmen to use tools such as Why Why Analysis, to find the root cause and solve the problem.
- To reduce the defect so as reducing internal rejection
