Project topic : Optimization of burr height and surface roughness
in drilling using design expert

Functional Description
The main objective of our project is to minimize the burr height and surface roughness in drilling in order to achieve the smooth functioning of any desired component. In our project, we mainly focused our views towards three parameters which affect the functions of drilling. Those parameters are cutting speed, feed rate, and point angles. By analyzing these three parameters and with different levels, we obtained our optimum solution (i.e.) low burr height and low surface roughness.
Mini project
Oscillating cylinder engine coupled with Ratcet Paul mechanism to lower the weight constantly.
