    Sunil Mantri of Mantri Group and Sunil Mantri Realty Ltd., GA-1, Court Chambers, 35, New Marine Lines, Mumbai – 400020, has entered our plot in a premium locality of MALABAR HILL in South Mumbai as the developer since the year 2005. The plot is at CS 260 of Malabar Hill Division is situated at Vithal Niwas, 100 Walkeshwar Road, Mumbai 400006.

    Since then he and his agents have been giving threat to life and harassments to the tenants. The tenants were ready and are still ready to co-operate for the development of the plot. But this Sunil Mantri wants to forcibly vacate the tenants by giving them less than 30 percent cost of prevailing market rates in the area.

    As per the Development Rules, now all the tenants have decided not to take any monetary compensation but choose for a residential flat (or a shop for old and existing shopkeepers) in the same plot - which is exactly as per the development rules.

    Now this Sunil Mantri has started issuing dangerous threats and even claims to use his high level Political contacts against the innocent residents and shopkeepers. He has also filed false cases against the innocent tenants who do not give in to his petty and very unreasonable compensation.

    It is shameful that this same Sunil Mantri who announces in Media about his mega public issue and his investment plans of 1,000s of crores but in reality this so called high profile developer who also holds some high office in MHCI – cannot tackle and negotiate and compensate reasonably (according to law) with a few bonafide tenants.

    There have been several complaints filed against Sunil Mantri with the authorities. I pray to God to give some wisdom to this developer so that the commercial and residential tenants are not harassed or threatened by him.

    How much were you paid Mr jaiswal for writing such erroneous comments?

    It is disheartening to see people have written such nasty comments about sunil mantri realty ltd. I have personally met the team and after that can proudly say that i have 6 flats in mantri park and have even purchased in mantri serene, their upcoming project which is in nature's bliss.

    I have seen them as the only builders who think for the flat purchasers despite the fact that the government has been delaying the services. When BMC was not giving water they supplied mineral water, rather BMC did give the water connection once a case was filed in the high court.

    I think people should appreciate the customer centric approach of the builder instead of unnecessarily blaming them.

    Hi XYZ , how come same story you are mentioning on all websites and against each and every complaints expressed against Mantri Builder mumbai , i agree if you say you hv met the team and hv purchased 6 flats in mantri park ..

    but this person is complaining about other project not Mantri park or Mantri Serene then too you are trying to appreciate Sunil Mantri saying he has given mineral water to residences ,, have you ever thought we were given only 1 bottle of mineral water daily and were forced to leave in this pathetic condition from 2009..

    What do you keep on saying 6 flats ?? are you stayign in Mantri park or have just rented them all. Why dont you share your identity Mr. XYZ .

    Attention - Mantri Serene prospective Buyers

    I am flat owner in Windflower building at Mantri Park, Goregaon East, Mumbai. I purchased my flat two years ago in 2010 from Sunil Mantri Realty Ltd., GA-1, Court Chambers, 35, New Marine Lines, Mumbai. Within two months our problem started with the Builder. I highlights the complaint is following:

    · I noticed major crakes in the my building. but despite of repeated complaint, we were given assurance but builder never repaired.

    · The unknown brand of elevator was installed which is a lifetime pain for us as it is under break-down 90% of the time.

    · Even water bills, electricity bills were not paid and BMC personnel came to disconnect the water supply. Somehow some residents managed to restore water supply.

    · Builder has stopped providing cleaner / security service suddenly in March,2013. When residents arranged through various resources, builder is threatening our staff under false allegations by using bouncer & police.

    · There is zero customer care. PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT ANY SERVICE (EVEN MINOR WORK) AFTER YOU HAVE MADE FULL PAYMENT TO BUILDER. But you are expected to pay maintenance bill regularly for their ill treatment.

    · We got part OC for my building few years back but builder denied us to form society.

    · Now residents are running services in the building by collection of fund in each month so that we can lead a normal life. We are under constant threat from the builder and are not sure how long we all have to suffer like this.

    IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO BUY FLAT IN MANTRI SERENE IN MUMBAI, THINK 10 TIMES BEFORE INVESTING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY FOR THIS SCRAP PROJECT. IF YOU STILL IN DOUBT, VISIT ANY FLAT 7 STOREY BUILDING AT MANTRI PARK, FILM CITY ROAD, GOREGAON EAST, MUMBAI PERSONALLY, MEET FLAT OWNERS HERE AND INVESTIGATE YOURSELF. I AM SUGGESTING YOU BECAUSE I DO NOT WANT ANY MORE INNOCENT BUYERS TO FALL IN THEIR TRAP. YOU WANT TO GO AHEAD STILL FOR CHEAP RATE, GOD BLESS YOU !!!!
