DISSERTATION WORK IN CLINICAL RESEARCH DURING M.PHARMACY
‘A study of medication use during pregnancy in a teaching hospital’ a study under the guidance of Dr M. Ramesh, Professor, Dept of Pharmacy Practice, JSS College of Pharmacy, Mysore.
Use of medications during pregnancy is one of the under developed areas in medical research. In Indian settings, there are very few studies which have assessed the medication usage pattern during pregnancy and there is lack of information on medication use and its associated fetal risk in local population. Hence, this study was carried out to assess the pattern of medication use during pregnancy and to assess the fetal risk associated with medication use.
