This unit is an ISO 9001 2000 Certified Company.
Scope and Nature of Work :-
a) Excise : - Maintain all Excise Register also conducted Internal, CERA,
EA-2000 Audit in all these worked units with manage Excise and other
Government office work in MIDC, MPCB, MSEDCL, Factory Inspector,
P.T., Sales Tax office work. Also preparing & E Filling of Excise Return
ER- 1, ER-2, ER-3, ER-4, ER-5,. ER-6 through ACES System.
b) Service Tax : - Maintain all records of Goods Transport Agencies and repair and maintenance service along with prepare & Filling ST3 Returns.
c) Export Documents Handlings : - Handled all type of export documents which are usable for Container Stuffing, Rebate Claim and Proof of Exports, etc.
d) Purchasing in local market.
e) Store Inventory :- Maintain and entered stores stocks through TALLY accounting , make issue slips, material requisition slip, purchase indent, purchase orders & control inward and outward activities, bill passing, bill of materials, job work controlling, also zero various stock with planning’s in physical stage, visited with local Engineering plants for job work.
f) Time Keeping Department Work : - Maintain attendance cards, muster, pay sheet, salary sheet, leave record, overtime register.
g) Accounts : - Handling petty cash, maintain petty cash register, maintain salary sheet & salary distribution to all company & contract employees, With Controlling All Accounting Records.
h) Admin :- Manpower handling of Plant & Office as per work schedule.
