    Job Description:
    Arranging day to day meetings & managing his calendar
    Compile and analyze various data from reports to prepare CEO's presentations.
    Take dictation, drafting letters and general correspondence.
    Processing all outgoing communication in the form of emails, letters or other forms of communication.
    Coordination in making travel and accommodation bookings etc.

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    2-3 years of experience.
    She/He must possess good communication skills.
    Can be any graduate having basic knowledge of computer (MS Office, MS Word).

    The basic learning that I got through my project work was how working capital management is taken care off.

    The basic recommendation which I gave to the company were :-
    a) They should not totally depend on banking sector.
    b) The company should have a proper system of payment

    3. Give an example of a recommendation made by you that was not accepted. What is your understanding of why it was not accepted-
    The recommendation related to the work in progress time needed to be reduced was not accepted by
    them.
    According to me they think that the time which is taken to complete the semi finished goods cannot be
    reduced as it is a time taking process.
