    Job Description:
    • Performs all secretarial duties including typing, filing, preparing agendas for meetings, directives, confidential reports and unit activities; arranges appointments and meetings, maintains files, and performs
    • Coordinates travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and itinerary preparation for extended or international travel. Answers phones, takes messages, and/or redirects calls. Greets visitors, responds to a wide range of inquiries of moderate complexity and sometimes sensitive in nature.
    • Prepares reports by gathering, compiling, summarizing information, and drawing conclusions.
    • Processes check requests, expense advances and reports, and other routine requisitions to pay bills, clear expenses and/or order supplies
    • Preparing power point presentations
    • Preparing the Invoice, Packing List, Proforma Invoice and Master Document for Exports.
    • Maintaining the monthly purchase details, cash details, outstanding list and payment details.

    - Prepare the Job Description, Identify the Competencies required, Identify the source for hiring, Interview the candidate, Coordinate the interview with the respective department and complete the documentation

    Employee Retention & Best HR Practices - Conduct employee satisfaction survey in consultation with the reporting head
    - Analyze the data and generate reports
    - Organize employee family visits in a periodic manner
    - Introduce various best industry practices towards culture building.
    Employee Joining Formalities

    Exit Correspondence - Make necessary documents and take the responsibility for the new joinee Joining formalities
    - Facility Round up for the entire branch and introduction to the company.
    Completion of all exit correspondence starting from Relieving letter till the service certificate.
    Visa Processing

    Assist the concerned person in visa processing and ticket booking.
