1) Experience in designing & planning of interiors for corporate offices from concept to execution
2) Experience in Electrical, AC, Network, Fire Alarm System, Security Systems, access control, CCTV etc.
3) Preparation of Bill of quantity, General Specifications
4) Planning & Scheduling of Project with Bar Chart showing sequences of activities
5) Monitoring Progress of Execution.
6) Submission of Progress Reports in M.S. Project or Prima vera
7) Holding Progress review meetings with Consultant and contractor
8) Identifying constraints and recommending solution
9) Scrutiny and certification of running bills and final bills
10) Complete knowledge of the interior materials along with their application

Desired Candidate Profile:
Well versed in autocad, M.S Project etc
2) Organized & proactive
3) Good presentation skill is an advantage
4) Good verbal & written communication skills.
5) Should be willing to travel for temporary period to any part of india,for project implementation
