Job Description:
• Accounting: Supervision of routine accounts, Finalization of accounts and audit
• Financial Planning & Strategy: Preparation and Analysis of Business plans, projected financial statements, Business valuation and IRR. Break Even Analysis for new stores ,Cost benefit analysis , Capex and Opex budgeting and flashing various MIS
• Fund planning : Projecting fund requirement , arrangement of funds and ensure optimum utilization of funds
• Funds Raising: Financial Modeling, Project feasibility , funding proposal and dealing with bankers & consultants for fund
• Taxation: Ensure fiscal compliance i.e VAT ,TDS, E TDS return, FBT, etc
• Licensing: Procure relevant licenses i.e Trade License, PF, VAT & Service Tax registration, etc
• Strategies: Strategic inputs for Business to CEO for negotiation with brands, vendors and in relation to various critical decisions
• SOPs and Internal Control: Designing and driving implementation of SOPs, periodical audits

• Should have In depth Experience in Area of Accounts , Finance, Audit ,Taxation ,Statutory Compliance ,Budgeting and MIS etc in Indian organizations
• Capability to Built Team, System and processes from scratch
• Sound working experience is managing operations of Manufacturing Organization
• Eye for identifying profit improvement opportunities
• A strong team leader, builder and facilitator, fostering an atmosphere that motivates highly talented professionals to balance high-level skills with maximum productivity
• Very goods understanding of commercial and Regulatory matters
• Ability to deliver under stretched timelines
