* Drafting of various contracts (preferably international contracts or contracts dealing with MNC)
* Know-how of international search engines such as Westlaw and Lexis/Nexis
* Extensive research on US based laws
Education : LLB from a reputed university
Desired Profile :
* Good Technical knowledge on the Search Engines
* Analytical frame of mind
* Self-confidence, integrity, willingness to learn, resourcefulness as well as a proactive and independent approach
* The professional must have sound academic credentials and should demonstrate leadership potential.
Experience : 0 to 5 years
