Job Description:
PROCESS - ORANGE CUSTOMER SERVICE:[*] Handle inbound calls from All Orange customers who call in for service on their Pay Monthly/Pay As You Go Account[*] Ensure single contact resolution on calls and targeted customer satisfaction scores. Develop and maintain positive customer relations. Work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.

I have been working in RT Outsourcing service Ltd. for past 1 Year as a Tech. support (hp Project).rtnow pursuing B.Sc(IT) ,completed hardware and networking course from jetking south ex-I.and also completed 1 year software diploma.
Now I would like to become a part of it.
