Had to design the upper section of the spot welding machine in such a way that the servo motor could be installed .

The servo motor was then chosen according to the rotations and speed it would need to lift up the electrode in a spot welding machine .
The research requires knowledge and use of PRO-Engineer software to design the mechanism .
The design was a success and servo motor was finally installed in the spot welding machine which then completed my final year project .
ENGINEERING DESIGN WORK TAKEN IN DIFFERENT COURSES
- Designing a can opener which could be used with ease , safer to use , faster to open cans and with higher mobility.All the forces were kept in mind put as in calculation and the time it would require to open a can.A business plan then was then required to develop about the sales , profit , material cost,manufacturing cost.(It was a group project in course“Design and Manufacture 2”)
- Designing a car jack keeping in mind that it would give maximum load bearing limit without been too large or heavy. The jack had to pick up the load up till certain height from the ground.(It was a group project in course “Design and Manufacture 2”)
- Designing an automatic centrifugal clutch with given operating conditions ( speed , torque , weight size etc ) and a business plan had to made ( It was an individual project in course “Design and Manufacture 2”)
- Designing and then fabricating an Air motor depending upon the high pressure flows in it and the rotational speed with the power output it gives. (It was a group project in course “ Design and Manufacture 2”)
- Designing a Drill Machine Based on Vibro-impact system. Had to design a drill machine in such a way that it would be stable and firm in its position during its operations.
