Description
Minimum two years post-qualification work experience in Operation (Commissioning, Start-up, day-to-day operation, Shutdown & trouble shooting) of Process Units (in round the clock shifts) in a Petroleum Refinery / Petro-Chemicals / Chemical or Fertilizer Industry. Experience as DCS Panel Engineer and Conversant with PFDs, P&IDs, Logic Descriptions, Instrument Data Sheets, Cause and Effect Diagram, HAZOP and Safety norms pertaining to Petroleum Refinery/Petrochemical Industry.

Experience in Refinery Process Units such as Hydrogen, CCR Unit, Isomerisation, Hydrocraker, DHDS, DHDT, Delayed Coker Unit will be an added advantage.

“Design Of A Multiple Effect Evaporator Feed In A Sugar Factory With Backward”.

DESCRIPTION :
The project deals with the “Design of a multiple effect evaporator with backward feed in a sugar factory”. This project report, first deals with the details of the manufacturing of sugar involving firstly the manufacture of raw cane sugar and the production of refined cane sugar manufacture. Then it goes into the depths of the actual design of the given evaporator, firstly it deals with the chemical design of the evaporator. Then it will deal with the mechanical design of the Calendria type evaporator, which involves the finding out each dimension of a particular effect of the entire unit. After completion of the mechanical design, the report discuss mainly about the entrainment control- methods and separators generally used, the evaporator instrumentation control system and lastly removal of the condensates and non-condensable.
